Caipiruila

·         1 ½ parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila

·         1 lime, quartered

·         3 tsp. sugar

·         Club soda

Preparation: Place lime and sugar into an old fashioned glass and muddle the ingredients. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add Hornitos® Plata. Top with club soda and serve.

Juan Collins

·         1 ½ parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila

·         1 part agave nectar

·         Splash of freshly squeezed orange juice

·         Club soda

Preparation: Add tequila, agave and squeeze fresh orange juice into a glass with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with orange and a basil leaf.

Series Finale of 'True Blood' airs tonight - drink up!

True Blood, the fantastic HBO series that has aired every summer for the last seven years, comes to an end tonight at 9pm. To help deal with the loss of one of my favorite shows, here's a bloody good cocktail I like to call C-Positive.

I mixed Skinnygirl White Cherry Vodka with some seltzer, a squirt of Skinnygirl White Cherry Water Enhancer, and a splash of Dr Pepper. For an extra special touch, this drink is served in screen-accurate Fangtasia glasses.

Tropical Tea-se

·         1 ½ parts Skinnygirl® Cucumber Vodka

·         6 parts green tea OR diet green tea

·         Pineapple wedge for garnish

Preparation: Pour ingredients over ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy!

Sea Breeze Spritzer

·         1 ½ parts Skinnygirl® Tangerine Vodka

·         2 parts lemon-lime soda

·         2 parts club soda

·         Lime for garnish

Preparation: Pour ingredients over ice and stir. Garnish with lime.

Review: Funko Pop!: Walter White from 'Breaking Bad'

I am not even a fan of Breaking Bad (I've never seen it; can you imagine?! I must...), but I just had to have this Funko Pop! Vinyl figure because it is just so perfectly iconic.

See?

This is Walter White, the main character of the hit series that recently ended its five-season run. Many other characters were made into adorable Pop!s, and they can be found on Amazon and Entertainment Earth as well as your local comic book shop, where I found this guy.

Review: Funko Pop!: Loot Crate Exclusive Groot

This month, the themed mystery box subscription service, Loot Crate, came with an exclusive Funko Pop! Vinyl figure, and it was awesome!

From the new hit Marvel movie Guardians Of The Galaxy, this Groot bobblehead Pop! is mossy and has a glow in the dark arm. See the pictures below for the glowing action and more details of this fine figure!
