Support Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a PINK Drink


In honor of the upcoming National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Hard Rock’s 16th annual PINKTOBER campaign, Hard Rock Cafe locations are serving up sweet support with a beverage offering that raises funds and awareness for the cause.

Now through October, guests can enjoy Hard Rock Cafe’s non-alcoholic Wildberry Smoothie – a frozen blend of blend of fresh bananas, piña colada mix, orange juice and Monin Wildberry. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Breast Cancer Research Foundation and The Caron Keating Foundation.

Cheers to National Guacamole Day with Sauza Tequila!


Holy guacamole!  National Guacamole Day is September 16th and Sauza Tequila is giving thanks for the delightfully delicious super food with a “Good to be Green” avocado cocktail and a side of mouth-watering, Artichoke Guacamole with Toasted Pine Nuts.

  • Nearly 105 million pounds of avocados were consumed during the 2014 Super Bowl – bring on the guac!

Good to be Green  
·         1 ½ parts Sauza® Signature Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
·         2 parts limeade concentrate
·         ½ parts triple sec
·         ½ ripe avocado, chopped
·         ½ cups ice
·         Avocado slice for garnish

Preparation: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve in a salt rimmed glass. Add an avocado slice for garnish. Enjoy!

Artichoke Guacamole with Toasted Pine Nuts
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro leaves
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped white onion
  • 2 tsp. minced jalapeño or Serrano chilies (Optional: remove seeds and membranes)
  • ½ tsp. teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 2  large ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
  • 1 small plum tomato, cored, seeded, and finely chopped 
  • 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice 
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts

Preparation: 
  1. In a medium size bowl, use the back of a spoon to mash 1 tablespoon of the cilantro, 1 teaspoon onion, 1 teaspoon of minced chili, and ½ teaspoon salt together against the bottom of the bowl.
  2. Add the avocados and gently mash them with a fork until chunky-smooth. 
  3. Add 1 cup of marinated artichoke hearts chopped with ¼ cup of toasted pine nuts and stir.
  4. Fold the remaining cilantro, onion, and chili into the mixture. 
  5. Stir in tomatoes and lime juice, taste to adjust the seasonings.
  6. Serve with warm corn tortilla chips.

Welcome Fall With Cozy Cocktails from Skinnygirl

Before you know it, the warm weather will be over, and it’ll be time to switch up your clothes, décor and go-to cocktail! 

Pack up the frozen drinks and reach for something more cozy with these recipes from Skinnygirl® Cocktails featuring seasonal flavors. They’re perfect for a tailgate, bonfire, or relaxed night in. 


Pumpkin Spice Martini 

·         1 ½  parts Skinnygirl® Bare Naked Vodka
·         1 part canned unsweetened pumpkin
·         ¾ part fat free sweetened condensed milk
·         ¾ part unsweetened almond milk
·         ½ tbsp pumpkin pie spice

Preparation: Shake ingredients with ice, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

Crisp Apple Cooler 

  • 1 ½ parts Skinnygirl® Bare Naked Vodka
  • ¾ part apple juice
  • ¼ part agave syrup
  • Apple slice for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Preparation: Stir agave syrup with vodka in the base of a shaker until the agave syrup dissolves. Add apple juice and shake thoroughly with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an apple slice and mint leaves.

Recreate 'The Fallon' Cocktail Featured Last Night on The Tonight Show


On Wednesday’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” Justin Timberlake and his personal mixologist, Eddy Buckingham, were on-hand to introduce a one-of-a-kind Sauza® 901® Tequila cocktail inspired by the late-night TV host – The Fallon.

The Fallon is a unique blend of “sweet and heat” using jalapeño-infused Sauza 901 Tequila. A triple- distilled, super-smooth tequila, Sauza 901 lends itself to being a fantastic mixer and ideal for infusing spicy flavors. 

The Fallon was enjoyed by Jimmy Fallon, Justin Timberlake and Questlove, and was declared “SO GOOD, SO GOOD, SO AWESOME!”

The Fallon 

Cocktail Ingredients:
·         2 parts Jalapeno-Infused Sauza® 901® Tequila (see below for directions)
·         1 part maple syrup
·         2 dashes Angostura® Orange Bitters

Preparation for The Fallon Cocktail: Stir all ingredients and jalapeño-infused Sauza 901 Tequila in a rocks glass. Top rocks glass with ice. Stir. Garnish with a Small Skewered red Jalapeno

Jalapeño-Infused Sauza® 901® Tequila Ingredients:
·         1 bottle of Sauza® 901® Tequila
·         1 tsp. agave syrup
·         Four jalapeño peppers
·         Pinch of salt

Preparation for Jalapeño-Infused Sauza® 901® Tequila: Rough chop four jalapeño peppers. Combine the chopped jalapeño peppers with one bottle of Sauza 901 Tequila, teaspoon of agave syrup and a pinch of salt. Stir and allow to sit for up to one hour. Fine strain back into the Sauza 901 Tequila bottle.

Summer’s Kiss Goodbye  
·         2 parts Skinnygirl® Bare Naked Vodka
·         2 large, muddled strawberries
·         3-4 pieces of basil
·         Splash of club soda

Preparation: Pour all ingredients except club soda over ice. Muddle strawberries and top with club soda.

Summer’s End
·         1 ½  parts Skinnygirl®  Cucumber Vodka
·         3 – 4 parts soda water  
·         Cucumber for garnish

Preparation: Mix all ingredients over ice.  Cut the cucumber into thin slices and garnish.
