Tyler Perry does it again! His movies and soundtracks always feature at least one if not more of my favorite things.
His new movie, "Meet The Browns", stars the incomparable Jenifer Lewis who played Toni's mother on Girlfriends as well as Angela Bassett whom Maya impersonates in "The Wedding" episode of Girlfriends Season 3.
Adding to this goodness, the soundtrack includes the massive "My Love" from Jill Scott, "Alright" from Ledisi, and a song called "Love Again" from Kelly Rowland of Destiny's Child fame.
Not only all that, but Mary J. Blige's song "Come To Me (Peace)" from her latest album Growing Pains is used in the trailer promo for the film:
Soundtrack out March 18, film out in theaters March 21.
