Toast to Earth Day with Nature-Inspired Skinnygirl Cocktails

It’s all about celebrating nature’s beauty on Earth Day, and what better way than with cocktails that feature Earth’s fresh ingredients of lime, mint, and basil?

As you reduce, reuse, and recycle on April 22, toast to going green with these nature-inspired cocktails

Mother Nature Mojito

·         1 part Skinnygirl™ Prosecco ·         1 part Light Rum ·         1 tsp. agave nectar ·         3 parts lime juice ·         Splash of lime flavored sparkling water ·         3 sprigs of mint Preparation Shake rum, lemon juice and agave nectar in cocktail shaker with ice. Top with Skinnygirl™ Prosecco and pour into tall Collins glass. Muddle in mint leaves and enjoy!

Basil Delight 1 ½ parts Skinnygirl™ Cucumber Vodka 1 lime wedge 2 large basil leaves 3 parts soda water 2 large mint leaves Preparation Squeeze lime wedge into glass.  Muddle lime wedge with mint, basil and vodka.  Add ice. Top with soda water.  Garnish with mint leaves.
