JT Shares His Summer Cocktail of Choice for the ACC Celebrity Golf Tournament

For the first time ever, Justin Timberlake will join the ranks of celebrities teeing off at the 26^th Annual American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament taking place July 14-19 in South Lake Tahoe.  To celebrate, official tequila of the American Century Championship, Sauza® 901® Tequila, has created a cocktail exclusively for the event!

Whether you’re watching the tournament with friends or hosting a viewing party, recreate Justin Timberlake’s summer cocktail-of-choice during the American Century Championship with the Sauza® 901® Club (see below). The Sauza® 901® Club is the official cocktail of the tournament and will be served throughout the week-long event.

Sauza® 901® Club

·         1 part Sauza® 901® Tequila

·         2 parts iced tea

·         2 parts lemonade

·         ¼ part agave syrup

Preparation: Combine all ingredients. Stir well. Serve over ice in tall glass. Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wedge.

Looking for a cocktail option quicker to make then it takes to say “I do”?   Just open and serve new ready-to-serve Sauza Sparkling Margarita Watermelon over ice for a bubbly twist on the classic margarita!

Tying The Knot

·         1 part Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila

·         ¼ part orange liqueur

·         1 part passion fruit juice

• 1 part soda water

·         ½ part agave nectar

·         Lime juice

• Lime peel (garnish)

Preparation: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients and shake vigorously. Pour over ice and garnish with a lime peel (optional).

Happily Ever After

• 1 part Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
• 1 part cranberry/raspberry juice
• ½ part lemon-lime soda
• Peach slice and mint for garnish

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Serve chilled over ice. To create a layered cocktail, pour ingredients in order given into individual glasses filled with ice. Do not stir. Optional: garnish with a peach slice and a sprig of mint.

Bethenny Frankel threw an AMAZING #SkinnygirlCincoDeMayo Party at La Cenita in the Meatpacking District in NYC this afternoon, and I was lucky enough to be invited! 

The Skinnygirl Cocktails were flowing and the guests were so much fun; I got to bring my best friend and meet up with some of my Twumpkins, while also running into some fantastically friendly celebrities. And, of course, The Original Skinnygirl herself, Bethenny, was there to celebrate Cinco De Mayo. 

This fiesta celebrated the addition of two new Skinnygirl Margarita offerings -- the Sparkling Margarita and the Sweet'arita -- and I was mixing the two of them together all afternoon. 

During her welcome speech, Bethenny gave me a huge shout-out as "Mike, Oh Hell Yes!, my biggest fan" and credited me with coming up with the half-&-half combo of the new Skinnygirl Sweet'arita and Sparkling Margarita. B even named it the "Sparkly Sweet," and you should definitely try it ASAP

Over the weekend, Skinnygirl® Cocktails served up its newest wine offerings at the Beauty Bar event, which took place at Privé Salon in Los Angeles on Friday, Jan. 10 and Saturday, Jan. 11. Celebrities, including Jes Macallan, Jax Taylor, Lisa Rinna, Catt Sadler, and Laura Carmichael, toasted to awards season with the new wines and some signature sips.
