Inside Bethenny's Skinnygirl Watermelon Lime Margarita Launch & RHoNY Viewing Party

Last night, Bethenny Frankel hosted a rooftop party above Rockefeller Center to celebrate the release of the new Skinnygirl Watermelon Lime Margarita and to view the penultimate episode of The Real Housewives of New York City.

The setting was unbelievably spectacular, the drinks were unbelievably tasty, and the #RHoNY drama was just plain unbelievable!

If you caught last night's episode, you know how crazy the ladies of NYC got during their Miami getaway, but the Miami heat had nothing on the hot location of last night's party ("sick," we agreed with Bethenny at one point)!

Nestled between the buildings of the Manhattan skyline was a lush rooftop bar with seating areas, a pool, and TVs to screen the latest episode of the hit Bravo series. Watching the Real Housewives with some Real Housewives was such a treat, and it was so interesting to witness Bethenny's and Carole Radziwill's reactions to what was happening on the show.

On commercial breaks, Bethenny did a Q&A, shared some cocktail recipes, and hung with her friends.

Being outside on a warm summer night in the city was such an incredible experience, and seeing Bethenny again was a massive highlight of my summer. The B is definitely back, and she KNOWS how to throw a party!

Review: Skinnygirl Spicy Lime Margarita & Skinnygirl Pinot Noir

Wow! The new Skinnygirl Spicy Lime Margarita is soooo good! Classic margarita flavor with just the right amount of heat.

And the new Skinnygirl Pinot Noir is light and enjoyable, even for someone like me who doesn't prefer red wines.

Review & Recipes: Skinnygirl Fresh Hummus

Bethenny has done it again with the launch of Skinnygirl Fresh!

The hummus, made with non-fat Greek yogurt and chickpeas as the base, comes in 4 different delicious variations under 50 calories per serving.

Here are some recipes I made using the new Skinnygirl Hummus. And for good fun, I've paired each recipe with an offering from Skinnygirl Cocktails!

Skinnygirl Roasted Red Pepper Hummus tastes delicious on pita chips, WheatThins, or your favorite crackers or vegetables. Any choice from Skinnygirl: The Wine Collection would be a great pairing for snacking with Skinnygirl Roasted Red Pepper Hummus!

I used the delicious Skinnygirl Cilantro JalapeƱo Hummus to make my semi-raw zucchini noodles with Thai peanut sauce. A Skinnygirl Cucumber Vodka drink would be delicious with this spicy dish!

Skinnygirl Roasted Garlic Hummus goes great on a pita or tortilla wrap with some fresh-sliced avocado, red onion, and spring mix greens. The Skinnygirl Mojito would be great with this tangy treat!

Anything would taste better with Skinnygirl Classic Hummus, and I was happy to heat up some mushrooms, pinto beans, kidney beans, and onions in a skillet. Then you can throw everything in a tortilla or taco shell and top with Skinnygirl Classic Hummus for a creamy addition to this healthy meal. Pair with the original Skinnygirl Margarita or the new Skinnygirl Sweet'arita!

Review: Funko Pop!: 'American Horror Story: Coven'

Based on the third season of American Horror Story, Funko has released the Coven in all its glory in Pop! form!

First up, we have the HBIC, Fiona Goode.

To make her even more of a badass, Hot Topic has spattered her with blood!

Next up is her daughter and current Supreme, Cordelia Foxx.

Hot Topic has an exclusive of her, too, and it's an eyeless, eerie representation of this great character.

The sculpt on this figure is spectacular and I think she is the prettiest Pop! I've seen yet.

New Orlean's resident Voodoo Queen, Marie Laveau, comes complete with her albino snake and all the attitude of her character.

Myrtle Snow, the mousy but devious and complex head of the Witches Council is perfectly accurate to the show.

Stevie Nicks' biggest fan, Misty Day, is colorful and detailed, just like her character on the show.

Reis O'Brien designed and sculpted  the entire AHS line. I am OBSESSED! Follow him on Instagram and Twitter @ReisOBrien

The Coven plus Rubber Man (check out his review here!) on display.

Review: Funko Pop!: Bill Compton from 'True Blood'

Bill Compton has finally arrived, and he was actually worth the wait!

As probably my least favorite True Blood character, I wasn't exactly excited for Vampire Bill to come, but I DID need him to complete the Bon Temps bunch.

I am happy to say, though, that he looks great and fits in perfectly with everyone else!

Especially "Sookeh"!

;)
