Obviously, there's Body By Bethenny, which has yoga, strength training (weights), and a booty blast as well as sample recipes from Bethenny Frankel's The Skinnygirl Dish.
I also love anything that Gilad does. This workout DVD is packed with great 15-minute express cardio workouts. I love it.
